Christ I've got a garage full...bit far to share though mate...

Your LGS should be able to help with a box, they generally have to flatten dozens...

Bubble wrap is weird, some people can't move for it and would happily give it away, other places, like the Post Office, sell it for a small fortune...I'm sure your LGS will fall in the former category. Otherwise, try a local Hi-Fi/TV shop...preferably not a chain, but you never know. They'll either tell you to bugger away or load you up with the stuff

Get thee to a bicycle shop. Plenty of big, sturdy boxes of roughly the right shape and size.

if they don't come up with the goods try your local florist. I send all my basses out in flower boxes and generally double box them. They are better quality than ones from a guitar or bike shop as they have to protect the delicate flowers and are generally much thicker cardboard.

Now there's a top tip! I'd never have thought flower boxes were more substantial.

All sorted now cheers fellas, went to Halfords and got two bike boxes (which are really bloody thick cardboard and top quality) but was informed afterwards that I have a bass box from the U.S behind the wardrobe.
