Did our first Marquee of the year last night (despite the freezing temperatures). Great gig and the EAD performed very very well indeed, I've always liked outdoor gigs more in terms of sound, I guess because you don't get standing waves or weird room resonance but I don't know the ins and outs. I've just always found that you can crank the volume and really shift the air without too much worry.
The EAD really embraced that challenge, I'm continually impressed with this cab whatever I'm throwing at it it's capable of handling , and it always sounds good, punchy and full range

big bucks but worth it.

I saw Dave and EAD today at he London Bass Guitar show - he was being far to restrained in not pushing the volume, although in the general cacophony I'm not sure how wort it that would've been anyway. So if anyone is in the South East and would like to try one of these cabs do give me a shout, my office is in a recording studio so I may well be able to arrange for you to come and try it at proper volume.
